1. Maharaj's Shivaji name come from regional diety shivai, not from lord shiva.
Maharaj is god for whole world.
2. Known as one of the finest warriors, strategies and a great general who knew the tactics of guerilla warfare.
3. Maharaj Captured first fort Torana now in Pune at the age of 16.
4. Maharaj know one thing before 350 years that India has danger from sea side. Maharaj build sea forts and navy also.
5. Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj also known as The Founder of Indian Navy. This navy helps Swarajya to fight with janjira's Siddhi, British, Portuguese, etc.
6. Maharaj was known for there kindness and oneness of religions. The secularism is followed by maharaj. Maharaj's Army are made up from the people's of every religion.
7. Maharaj was sympathetic about common people's during wars and did not favour raids on homes or religious shrines.
8. Maharaj had great respect for women's. If maratha army captured any enemy camp, all the women's residing in the camp were returned with honour.
